Tui-na
Is a form of Chinese manipulative therapy. Tui-na uses traction, massage and manipulation in conjunction with acupressure and is used for both acute or chronic musculoskeletal conditions, as well as certain non-musculoskeletal conditions.
Acupuncture
Is a therapeutic technique intended to promote health and well-being. The technique involves the insertion of needles into "acupuncture points" on the body by trained practitioners.
Massage
Massage is the practice of applying pressure or vibration to the soft tissues of the body, including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints.
Therapeutic/Sports Massage
A form of therapy, massage can be applied to parts of the body or successively to the whole body, to heal injury, relieve psychological stress, manage pain, improve circulation and relieve tension. |
