 | Kingston-upon-Hull, or just Hull as it is more commonly known, is located on the north bank of the Humber estuary in the northeast of England. The city is surrounded by East Yorkshire, although it is run by a unitary authority, Hull City Council.
Hull may be an historic English city, but unusually it does not have a cathedral. Instead it is home to the Holy Trinity Church, which is said to be the largest parish church (by area) in the country, and is now one of the city's most popular tourist stops.

When it come to sport, it's rugby all the way in Hull, with thousands of fans turning out each week to see Hull FC take on the likes of the St Helens and Leeds Rhinos in the super league at their home ground, Kingston Communications Stadium. Football fans are also catered for at the Kingston Communications Stadium as it is also the home ground of Hull City AFC.
