 | A popular spa town, Cheltenham is located in the county of Gloucestershire on the edge of the Cotswolds and has a population of more than 110,000.
Nationally, the town has a reputation for being a wealthy and posh area, and has for centuries been a popular health and holiday spa town resort after mineral springs were found in the town in 1716.
As well as its spas, Cheltenham is also famous for being home to the flagship race of British steeplechase horseracing, the Cheltenham Gold Cup.
